Sunshine and simple things

After months of horrendously cold weather, this afternoon we finally got a little bit of sunshine! And after spending the last couple of days cooped up indoors and feeling sorry for myself, it was so nice to be able to drag a table outside, reading and drinking tea. I've had the latest Vogue for ages but being caught up in everything, I feel like I've not had time to just sit down and pour over the pages. Today was a much needed (albeit slightly self-indulgent) day of doing nothing but reading and enjoying having nothing to do.
