I've been hard at work with my pattern cutting and have finished off my top..
Not too bad for my first attempt, eh? I've already started planning my next project with some of the gorgeous fabric that I bought on my recent trip to India.
This weekend has been one of the funniest in a long time and was filled with tequila, beer, burritos, South American music, salsa dancing and severely blistered feet.
Oh yeah, and a 'boys night out' on Friday with the lads from work..
I felt the moustache was very Jeanne Moreau as Catherine in Jules et Jim, no?
On Sunday the sun was out, so nursing our heads, me and Cata ventured out. This weekend EAT festival was in Newcastle so the Quayside was packed with people tucking into delicious street food from all over the world.
So how was your weekend?
you did such a great job. Are you going to make a dress?
