out with the old and in with the new??

Now Newcastle is a city that's very close to my heart and I'm all for its redevelopment and improvement. That being said a close friend of mine, A, brought the demolition of this building to my attention earlier this evening.



So what is this gorgeous building being knocked down to make room for??

A car park.

Yes, really.
